Privacy at Avalead

Avalead is a campaign platform operated by Housewives & Company. We build and host lead-capture campaigns ("funnels") on behalf of the organizations named on each campaign page.

If you signed up through a campaign page

The organization named in the page's footer is the sender you subscribed to - they decide what they collect and why; Avalead processes it for them. What we record: the details you typed (such as name, email, postal code, phone, or address if you reserved a physical item), your answers, the consent wording you saw with a timestamp, and technical basics (page address, referrer, and a truncated IP for abuse prevention). To unsubscribe, use the link in any email the organization sends you, or contact them at the address in the campaign footer. To ask about your data, contact the organization first - or reach us and we'll route the request.

If you're a client using the portal

We store your login email, workspace settings, and an audit trail of account activity. Your campaign leads belong to you; our staff access them only to provide support and managed services, and every such access is logged.

Where data lives

All campaign and lead data is stored in Google Cloud's Toronto region (northamerica-northeast2), in Canada. Each client's leads live in an isolated database. If a client connects an email service (such as Mailchimp), completed signups are delivered to that client's own account there.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, run third-party advertising trackers on campaign pages, or share one client's data with another.

Retention & contact

Lead data is kept for as long as the client's account is active or as the client instructs. Consent records are retained to meet CASL record-keeping obligations. Questions or requests: hello@housewives.company.
